PLAYDOUGH AND BUBBLES DRIVE!
ALTA MIRA IS LOOKING FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES TO SERVE AS COLLECTION POINTS DURING MARCH.
 
The play dough and bubbles will be given out to families in our program who have children with developmental disabilities. They will be combined with other items and instruction cards so that families and parents can continue to work on therapeutic and learning activities outside of appointments with our therapists and developmental specialists. We know that continuous exposure to enriching activities and experiences provides children with intellectual or developmental disabilities with the best outcomes. The “starter kit” is a real boon for families struggling with the challenges of adjusting to life that has been altered by disability.
 
Bonus “attaboy” points if you’ll also organize a campaign within your office or store to generate donations!
