FAMILY LIVING SERVICES
Alta Mira coordinates and manages Family Living Services which are provided by natural and surrogate families who are approved as family living providers under the Medicaid Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver program.

Key features of the program:
• 24/7 care for adults 18+ years of age.
• Family provider is responsible for all personal care.
• Family provider receives respite services for the individual.
• Family provider must complete training mandated by the Department of Health.
• Home based services are provided in the home of the approved provider.
